I don't know classics too well. But I do know this is badass for not a ton of money... so my vote is NP.

It looks decent in pics, and pics always make things look better. But it looks pretty complete and solid. I bet it is a nice solid start for a relatively easy, quick restoration. Put on some factory wheels and drop in a 409 (or paint the valve covers and exhaust manifolds and put on a factory air cleaner), yank the gauges and radio, and you've got a nice car that you can enjoy for years until it will need a complete restoration.

Not my favorite, but 64 is a desirable year. So I will go with NP.

The gauges would get replaced with modern reproductions or fixed, I would leave everything else alone. It seems to be completely rust free.

I'm in the "leave it factory/factory looking/period correct or go all out custom" school of thought. Engine mods, wheels, tints, and radio puts it (in my opinion) awkwardly somewhere in the middle.
